Available now in Medi ERP. When a baby is born in your hospital, Medi ERP builds the vaccination calendar automatically and can remind parents, the hospital, and the attending doctor. Below is the complete India National Immunization Schedule (UIP/NIS) from newborn through adolescence, plus common adult / pregnancy doses hospitals track.
Ages below follow the Government of India Universal Immunization Programme. JE is only in endemic districts. Private paediatric schedules may add extra vaccines (e.g. varicella, hepatitis A, typhoid, influenza) — hospitals can mark those as given on the same Medi ERP schedule desk.

Adults (beyond childhood UIP)
UIP focuses on children and pregnant women. Hospitals commonly also counsel adults for:
- Td / Tdap booster — every 10 years (or as doctor advises after injury)
- Hepatitis B — if never vaccinated or incomplete series
- Influenza — annual, especially elderly / high-risk
- Pneumococcal — older adults / chronic disease (doctor protocol)
- COVID-19 — as per current national guidance
- Travel / occupation vaccines — typhoid, hepatitis A, rabies pre-exposure, etc.
How Medi ERP uses this schedule
On Registration → Birth Certificate, saving a birth with parent mobile creates the India UIP dose calendar automatically. Registration → Vaccination schedule (and the Dashboard) shows overdue / due doses. Reminders go to parents, hospital (Setup → Messaging), and the doctor.
- Setup → Messaging — hospital WhatsApp / SMS / email
- Birth Certificate — save birth + parent mobile (+ doctor)
- Vaccination desk — mark given, send due reminders
- Dashboard — overdue and due-in-7-days at a glance
