A product of IT Monteur
MediERP is a hospital information system from IT Monteur Private Limited. The word mark MEDIERP is a registered trade mark of IT Monteur Private Limited (Trade Mark No. 5902310, Class 42, as of 21 April 2023) for web-based hospital management software and computer software development. The same company builds, hosts, licences, and supports the product.
The product has also been known as MediMantra. Hospitals that went live in 2008 are still on this spine: patient, encounter, bill, pharmacy batch. It is browser-based. In 2015 MediERP was shortlisted in Dubai for a hospital chain of more than 150 hospitals — against a market that was still largely desktop. New national rails and new modules ship as product updates — not as a second brand.
What MediERP does
MediERP is one hospital information system. You licence the size of the facility and turn on the modules that campus needs. A single doctor and a 10,000+ bed hospital chain run the same clinical language. SaaS for most buyers. A compiled appliance only when a large hospital must host on site.
On the floor that means: queue TV with waiting-time ETA, electronic orders with safety checks, the hospital’s own pharmacy (no second pharmacy product), laboratory, IPD and beds, TPA and schemes, OT, blood bank, quality indicators, and a paid oncology pack after the hospital core. National health ID and billing rails (for example ABHA, GST, PM-JAY) switch on where that country requires them.

- Clinic — 2 to 5 doctors, OPD, 0 beds.
- Nursing Home — up to 25 beds, IPD, in-house pharmacy.
- Small Hospital — 26 to 50 beds, complete hospital ERP.
- Hospital — 51 to 100 beds, full hospital management.
- Advanced Hospital — 101 to 250 beds, OT, ICU, blood bank, quality.
- Large Hospital — 251 to 500 beds only, named update channel.
- Enterprise — 501+ beds or multi-hospital chains, including groups of 150+ hospitals. Briefing.
National rails on the same encounter
Where the country requires a national health ID, create or link it at the desk (in India: ABHA, including Scan and Share; ABDM as a sidecar so profile changes do not freeze the hospital database). Role-based access and a tamper-evident audit log. Encryption and residency rules for the jurisdiction. GST e-invoice and scheme identifiers when the hospital is empanelled.
What does not change
Patient UHID, OPD and IPD encounter, tokens, rate types, panel billing, batch and expiry stock. That is the spine hospitals already used in Medi ERP. Staff do not learn a new hospital language when a module is turned on.
What does change
Subscription instead of a frozen on-prem file. Modules you licence. Electronic orders as the default. The hospital pharmacy stays inside Medi ERP. New features ship on the running product.
What we will not do
We will not send the hospital’s own pharmacy to a second product. We will not build a PACS — we interface to the imaging archive the hospital already has. We will not put radiotherapy and bone-marrow workflows into the Doctor plan. Those belong in a paid specialty pack after the hospital core is live.
